Services to complete modification to 2 building
in the estate to meet new tenant requirements.
Works required the construction of 3 new roller
door in the existing façade, construction
of two elevated loading docks and the construction
and fit out of two amenity blocks.
The work required included:
- Installation of 4 new roller door openings
in the existing precast concrete and metal
clad façade
- Installation
of two new raised loading docks with Tieman
dock levellers
- Construction of 2 new warehouse amenity
blocks
- Access stairs from level 1
office to warehouse
- Minor office area reconfiguration
