A 6 week refurbishment of Unit 5 Discovery
cove following a tenant vacating the space
and prior to DHL Pty Ltd moving in. The works
required the complete refurbishment of the
office and warehouse areas and the installation
of a warehouse dividing wall. The essential
services for the building were also upgraded.
Goodman commissioned Hungerford
Project Services to:
- Strip out existing tenancy fitout
- Make good and renovate the finishes
- Upgrade the emergency lighting
- Upgrade of fire services
- Upgrade of Egress including the installation
of doors through precast panel wall and
brickwork
- Installation of new structural steel
stair cases
- Installation of masonary and sandwich
panel inter tenancy wall
