Air Liquid Healthcare engaged Hungerford Project Services to undertake a 6 week fit out of there NSW office to allow for the relocation of the offices and storage facilities. The project was undertaken on a fast track design basis as the client required early access to the office facilities.

The work required included:

• The demolition and removal of the previous tenants fitout
• Replacement of finishes including carpet and ceiling tiles, and applied finishes
• Acoustic wall construction
• New office plasterboard and glazed partitions
• Modification and installation of new Mechanical, Data and Electrical Services
• Installation of workstations and furniture
• Warehouse area modifications
• Construction of a new workshop and testing facility
