Goodman engaged Hungerford Project Services to undertake an 8 week refurbishment of Units 1 to 3 and the Transtech industrial complex in Lane Cove. Hewlett Packard had vacated the premises and the three offices and warehouse facilities required complete refurbishment and upgrade of essential services.

The works included:

• Stripout & removal of the existing fitout.
• Demolition of existing fixtures, fittings & finishes to the amenities area.
• Complete refurbishment of toilet & kitchenette finishes, fixtures, fittings & joinery.
• Ceiling and Partition repairs and replacement.
• Replacement of carpet, ceiling tiles & finishes.
• External façade cleaning.
• Upgrading of essential services including Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Services.
