CB Richard Ellis engaged Hungerford Project Services on behalf of Moody’s Investor Services to stripout and make good their existing leased space after their relocation to larger premises. The works were required to be completed on a 3 week program to comply with lease term. All noisy works were completed out of hours to minimise the effect on the tenants on the floors above and below.

The Works Included:

• Demolition and removal of tenant joinery, decorative ceiling, partitions and fixtures
• Repairs and replacement of ceiling grid and tiles
• Stripout and removal of redundant services
• Repair and replacement of wall linings
• Repair and replacement of doors
• Paint Finishes
• Granite foyer tiling
