The works included demolition and stripout, ceiling and partition repairs, painting, decorating, modification and upgrade of all services including essential services.

Goodman commissioned Hungerford Project Services to:

• Strip out existing tenancy fitout.
• Make good and renovate the finishes.
• Upgrade the emergency lighting.
• Upgrade of fire services.
• Upgrade of Egress including the installation of doors through precast panel wall and brickwork.
• Installation of new structural steel stair cases.
• Installation of masonary and sandwich panel inter tenancy wall.
