Hungerford Project Services were engaged by
CB Richard Ellis to make good these premises
on behalf of Nutrica. The works required the
removal of the tenants
furniture & fittings, painting and decorating, cleaning, high pressure cleaning
of warehouse areas. The works were required to be completed on a three week program
to ensure the tenants lease term was not over run.
Works Involved:
- Stripout and removal of
furniture and fitting
- Make good and repairs
to
ceiling
- Paint finish to ceiling, wall and
doors
- High pressure water clean to
warehouse floor
- Paint finish to warehouse
walls
