Goodman engaged Hungerford Project Services to strip out and remove and make good the existing fitout and prepare for the incoming tenant Coca-Cola. The works included demolition and stripout, ceiling and partition repairs, painting, decorating, modification and upgrade of all services including essential services, complete amenity area refurbishment.

The works included:

• Stripout & removal of the existing fitout
• Demolition of existing fixtures, fittings & finishes to the amenities area
• Complete refurbishment of toilet & kitchenette finishes, fixtures, fittings & joinery
• Partitioning work to create a lunchroom area complete with joinery & services
• Replacement of carpet, ceiling & finishes to the office area
• Upgrading of electrical services
• Servicing of air-conditioning
