Hungerford Project Services have completed numerous Tenancy makegood projects for both the tenant and the landlord.

Works have included:

• Strip out and removal of partitions and furniture
• Strip out and removal redundant electrical, mechanical, fire and hydraulic services
• Refurbishment of the Tenancy area back to base building specification including wall linings ceiling linings, paint finishes, tiling, and carpet finishes.
